At Structa Training we have a vision to, not only bring about significant educational change in South Africa, but also ensuring sustainability in all spheres of society. We believe that training is the key to achieving this vision.
Mission
We have a passion for people and understand the greater issues that our country presently faces with regards to the lack of quality education and training of our people. There is a large, and seemingly unbridgeable gap, between high school and tertiary education – a gap we wish to bridge by offering theoretical training, practical experience and mentoring, thereby tapping into the underutilised potential of the youth in our society.

Rozelle is a qualified accountant and registered tax practitioner with an absolute passion for people and business. Being a business owner she understands the reality of entrepreneurship and the challenges our economy offer. She not only enjoys teaching but also commits herself to the success of the students to ensure that every student receives excellent academic education, emotional support and a happy learning environment.

Heidi is a vibrant, passionate and excited adminitrator that offers our students excellent service, open communication and commitment. With an open door policy she is always available to answer questions and assist students in their administrational queries.

Mary-Ann Watkins
Mary-Ann has an extensive history with counseling and assisting students with the challenges they face, be it accademic, personal or financial. She held the HR position at large companies and made the desicion to dedicate her time to students that need her help and guidence. Mary-Ann is devoted to the well-being of every student.
